Privacy of Minors

REOL Services neither directs nor targets LeasingBoard to children under the age of 18. If the Company learns that a registered user of LeasingBoard is under the age of 18, the Company reserves the right to delete the information in that person’s account and immediately terminate the account. In such instances, the Company may also destroy any of the personal information provided by that person within the Company’s possession or control.

What cookies are and how they are used?

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, REOL Services uses cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. When you are prompted to log-in on to LeasingBoard, or in sections of LeasingBoard that are customizable, we require that you accept cookies.

This cookie is set when you register or “Sign In” and is modified when you “Sign Out” of our services. In addition (even if you have not registered with LeasingBoard), we use cookies to help us measure certain traffic patterns, which areas of LeasingBoard you have visited, and your visiting patterns in the aggregate. REOL Services may share your personal information with other companies in order to work with them, including affiliates of the Company. For example, the Company may need to share your personal information for customer relationship management purposes.

From time to time, REOL Services may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from LeasingBoard, the Company may share your personal information collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). REOL Services does not control our business partners’ use of your personal information we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.

REOL Services reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

REOL Services uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.

Customer Data

REOL Services Customers may electronically submit data or information to LeasingBoard for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). REOL Services will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the LeasingBoard Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the LeasingBoard Subscription Agreement, the Company may access Customer Data for the purpose of providing the LeasingBoard service or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law. In addition, certain anonymous Customer Data may be accessible to other LeasingBoard subscribers, affiliates of REOL Services and/or partners or customers of affiliates of REOL Services for the purpose of using the various LeasingBoard networking tool; however such Customer Data will only be made available if the Customer Data has been anonymized and no personally identifiable information will be provided or made accessible.

The kind of security precautions that are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

Most of the LeasingBoard services are password-protected. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify REOL Services of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. REOL Services cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these provisions. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone and that you change your password frequently and store it in a safe place. REOL Services will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of your LeasingBoard account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, REOL Services cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we endeavor to maintain its security on our systems. By using LeasingBoard and the Internet in general, you may be subject to various risks, including among others eavesdropping, sniffing, spoofing, forgery, spamming, "imposturing", tampering, breaking passwords, harassment, fraud, electronic trespassing, hacking, system contamination including without limitation, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, causing unauthorized, damaging or harmful access and/or retrieval of information and data on your computer and other forms of activity that may be considered unlawful. Information (including registration information, passwords and content) received or delivered or intended to be made available on and through LeasingBoard may be subject to these and other security or privacy hazards or may not reach its destination or reach an erroneous address or recipient. LeasingBoard is not different than other applications in this respect. Without limitation of the foregoing, although we take seriously the security of all member accounts and other personal and non-personal information associated with our visitors and participants, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we can not guarantee that your account will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies only to LeasingBoard. It does not apply to any other Web site linked to or from LeasingBoard, including any REOL Services affiliate Websites. We cannot control or be responsible for the actions of such other Web site operators and the existence of an affiliation with, or a link from, LeasingBoard does not mean the affiliated or linked Web site has a privacy policy similar to this Privacy Policy.
